Allion Healthcare Announces Filing of Third Quarter Report on Form 10-Q with the Securities and Exchange Commission

Reports Third Quarter Earnings per Diluted Share of $0.06


 

MELVILLE, N.Y., November 9, 2006 – Allion Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALLI), a national provider of specialty pharmacy and disease management services focused on HIV/AIDS patients, today announced that it has filed its Form 10-Q financial report for the three months and nine months ended September 30, 2006, with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Company also reported net income for the third quarter of 2006 of $1.0 million, or $0.06 per diluted share, and net income for the first nine months of 2006 of $2.8 million or $0.17 per diluted share.
