MELVILLE, NY –  Aug. 23, 2007 – Allion Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALLI), a national provider of specialty pharmacy and disease management services focused on HIV/AIDS patients, announced today it will participate in the Thomas Weisel Partners Healthcare Conference 2007 in Boston, Massachusetts at Four Seasons Boston, September 5^th through September 7^th.  In connection with the conference, there will be an on-line simulcast of the company’s presentation available on Allion Healthcare’s website, www.allionhealthcare.com, starting at 3:15 p.m. Eastern Time on Wednesday, September 5, 2007.  A replay of the presentation will also be available on the company’s website for 30 days.  Michael Moran, Allion’s Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer, will be speaking at the conference.
