Financial Results Date and Conference Call

MELVILLE, NY – Oct. 25, 2007 – Allion Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALLI), a national provider of specialty pharmacy and disease management services focused on HIV/AIDS patients, will announce financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2007, after the close of U.S. financial markets on Thursday, November 8, 2007.  An accompanying conference call to discuss the results will be held at 5:00 p.m. ET; 2:00 p.m. PT on Thursday, November 8, 2007.
