Financial Results Date and Conference Call

MELVILLE, NY – March 10, 2008 – Allion Healthcare, Inc. (NASDAQ: ALLI), a national provider of specialty pharmacy and disease management services focused on HIV/AIDS patients, will announce financial results for the fourth quarter and year ended December 31, 2007, after the close of U.S. financial markets on Thursday, March 13, 2008.  An accompanying conference call to discuss the results will be held at 5:00 p.m. ET; 2:00 p.m. PT on Thursday, March 13, 2008.
